I have had this particular blog domain for a few years now. I created it for my very first Gaylord class and I have used it for a variety of other classes. Currently, it is a jumbled mess of various school assignments, and an archive of my education here at OU. I believe that it will stay this way after this class.
Working with this particular domain inspired me to create my own separate blog, maybeitsmer.wordpress.com. But, I have a funny relationship with blogging. I am a key blogger at my current internship. I spend my days writing posts for the brand, and I am pretty proud of my work. Though I have become a pretty snappy blogger through my internship and schoolwork, I struggle with keeping my personal blog. I don’t really enjoy writing abut myself, because I feel like I don’t have much to say. With that being said, I do keep up with my blog, and I have many drafts of future posts saved on my desk top. Aside from my blog, I have a website that contains my portfolio and resume. I am very active in updating it. There is a chance that I will transfer some of my work from this domain to that space.
To be honest, I haven’t thought much about what I will do with this space in the future. I do know that it needs a good spring cleaning. Perhaps once I do that I will have a clearer vision.
