Creating my own domain and blog for PR Pubs has been extremely beneficial to me. It is a place where I can publish and access my work that I have created. It has also benefited me in the fact that other students are able to view my work and critique it as well.
I plan to keep my domain after completing the PR Pubs course. I will most likely revise/redesign it a bit to make it as though it was a visual resume. I do want to keep all the work that I have published on my domain and blog. I think changing this domain to be a visual resume of my work will be very beneficial when I am looking for jobs or internships. It will allow me to show people the process I go through when creating different design projects. I will also always have something to show!
I would definitely like to add a “Contact Me” page to my blog so that if I do send out my domain to potential clients, they will be able to contact me back easily. I would also like to redesign my “About Me” page. I want to make it more personable and detailed than the short three sentences I have on there currently. I also want to add a picture of myself to the page.
