For my first stakeholder I have chosen to stick with the prospective high school junior or senior, either about o graduate high school or starting to look into potential universities. My main goal is to attract these students into attending the University of Oklahoma and to apply before the deadline. After much thought, I have managed to narrow my stakeholder to hold certain factors.
My stakeholder is between 17-18 years of age. He or she is either an A or B average student. Their SAT/ACT scores will be close to perfect, or at least in the passing range. This stakeholder has a large interest in attending an out-of-state university or possibly has friends or family who have previously attended an out-of-state university. Since this student is interested in out-of-state, they have an income of around $60,000 to afford out-of-state tuition. Though they may be financially stable, scholarships are still an option, possibly even work-study programs.
These are all the factors I can think of at the moment, and though they are still slightly broad, I think they will become more defined as I continue to work on this new project.
