This semester is so close to being over I can taste it. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel, and it looks a lot like LSAT prep books. With that being said, I cannot believe how quickly this all happened. It seems like yesterday I was living in Washington looking forward to my senior year. Now, I just want to be a freshman again. Life was good then, I had a meal plan then, man, I really want a meal plan again.

This class has been a journey. Its made me grow as a designer and a person. This is what my summary of learning is about. The journey of starting out needing to have a plan for everything and to stick to the plan until the very end, to now. Now I’m able to adapt and grow from a starting plan. I chose to use a storybook to right about my thoughts and choose the pictures that seemed most relevant, even though they were mostly pictures of boys… I don’t know why they didn’t have pictures of girls, so I just went with it, see I’m adapting.

This class was probably one of my better classes I took this semester. The pace was perfect and never overwhelming, which was a nice change from other classes. I always felt as though the assignments had a purpose and could teach me a useful skill.

Keeping this journal/blog has been great for my mental sanity. I wish I would have just always written what I wanted and how I felt from the beginning, but for some reason I felt the need to write each post like it was an essay, LOL. I usually like to act like I’m not writing in a public space, because then I get a little nervous about the things that I’m writing, so we just don’t focus on that point.

I think I grew a lot. But mostly as a person. My creative skills are my own, and while I may not be great at designing a website, I can knit a hat, and a website will never keep me warm in the winter.

Here’s my summary of learning if you want to look at one more thing that doesn’t quite make sense, but hey, at least I tried.
