For the second direct mailer my demographic will be national merit scholars whom are undecided on the university they will attend.
These students are from a variety of backgrounds, and economically their background doesn’t matter as much because of the financial aid National Merit Students receive from OU.
This direct mailer will be a congratulations letter on receiving the National Merit Scholarship. It will direct the student to go online and learn about the opportunities and aid offered to National Merit students.
The goal of this mailer will to put OU in the mind of the student as a choice for their university experience. It will put OU in the running for the student in attempt to keep up our National Merit enrollment up, and help it grow.
