What a unit… This unit, we were asked to do a lot of research of a company and we were asked to create a business card and letterhead for them.
This was me at first but.. I got my life together. I wasn’t sure if we were suppose to pretend as if we were one of the employees or if we were just their PR person. I personally took the approach of being their PR. I loved getting to know more about their company and everything they stand for.
I feel pretty accomplished and confident in my InDesign skills now. But I do see my designs making an appearance in my portfolio if I decide to pursue PR. I showed my brother (the CEO of the company) my designs and he was impressed in what I was able to, in his words, “finesse.”
I don’t think I would do anything different. I feel like I am more confident in my InDesign skills. I don’t have to google my every move now :).
I am proud of my work and ready for the weekend. Boomer Sooner and Texas sucks.
