- This past week we were asked to write two press releases and find a press release so we can identify the important aspects that make a news release. At first, I thought writing the two press releases about the Children’s Home was going to be difficult. As I read through the notes and how to set one up, it became much easier. I am glad I was able to practice writing one, because now it will not be as daunting when I have to write one again. Also with practicing writing a press release, I felt that the second assignment was easier because I knew what to look for.
- At first, the assignment was scary to me because I felt like I was going to mess up and not write correctly for a press release. Since, I had access to correct formats and information on what to write about, it made the assignment easier.
