Panther City Distillery is a distillery, currently manufacturing vodka, Hell’s Half Acre Vodka, that is organic, gluten-free, kosher, non-GMO and vegan. It is made from tapioca dextrose, as opposed to competitor’s fermented grains. The organization’s mission is to provide a vodka that is distilled in Fort Worth, TX and eco-friendly.
There are many popular vodka brands that are the competitors. Because Hell’s Half Acre Vodka was able to win a bronze medal at the San Francisco World Spirit Competition, it makes it more than just another random vodka brand, but rather it puts them in an elite category. For perspective, Deep Eddy Vodka also won a bronze medal. The main competitors of Hell’s Half Acre vodka are Tito’s, Deep Eddy and Lonestar Vodka. All of these vodkas are also Texas brewed.

According to the Panther City Distillery website, this organization is “dedicated to mentoring, tutoring, and promoting healthy lifestyles for children whose environment is prone to gang violence, criminal mischief, and drug use. The Sonshine Home is a safe haven for children to learn about God’s love for them” It is cool to see a local company give back to the community. Overall, Panther City Distillery has incredible values and a great product that will sell itself.
