Adobe Premiere Pro – No Longer a Frontier

After this long grueling week, PR pubs was the most relaxed of them all. We had a lecture and today we had a free day to do our blogs/review videos (We only had the free day because of the camera guy (person who gives us access to some equipment to do our interview assignment) not showing up. Sadly, the interview assignment was pushed back a week. Normally, a student like me would love to see assignments pushed back but I’m not a procrastinator. I like to get things done.

For example, I’ve already and went ahead to watch all of the required Lynda videos twice to make sure I really got it. I did a few of the exercises but I like watching videos more. I learn better that way.

 The learning curve was a slippery one compared to all of the other adobe suite tools. Yet, the most fun when I started to play around with it. I learned how to do motion tracking and some other sparse advanced tips on the web. I wished I could do my interview to be over-the-top with effects. Alas, I can’t since interviews are supposed to be more “down to earth.” Once we get those cameras/equipment I will try to do a little side project that doesn’t make sense but fun to make nonetheless.
