Hello, dearest ones. Stella Mae here. I am currently sitting on a plane on the way to Seattle and cannot seem to get my mind off the wonder that is PR Publications. This past week, we were introduced to Adobe Premiere Pro. I am one of the most distinguished graphic designers in the world, but I had absolutely no idea what this application was. After playing around on Lynda for a while and watching some practice videos, I realized that the application was used to create videos.
As someone who has only ever used Apple’s iMovie app, it was a daunting task to accept that I would have to direct my expertise elsewhere. But Stella Mae has never been one to turn down a challenge! Following the finished download of some practice materials and files from Lynda, I began to organize them into bins on Premiere. The practice video clips we were given were shots of the cutest little Greyhounds, so I was definitely not complaining about the content. I hope to master Premiere Pro in the next week or two of class so that I can add yet another mastered application to my resume. Not much to write about this week, but no worries, my lovelies! Stella Mae will be back with another thrilling update to her designer-esque life. XOXO.
