We've finally begun our video project. As the anticipation has been building, I've never been more excited to get working on this project!
Per the instructions, we were divided into groups of two and we were to film an interview out partner and provide some B-roll as well. I was paired with the amazingHeather Gilbert, and we were both nervous for this project (mostly for the interview since we sit on opposite sides of the room).
After a crash course in using aNikon D7100on Tuesday, we got to filming on Thursday. Heather and I set up on the third floor of Gaylord. We spent the better half of 20 minutes fiddling with the camera and tripod, trying to get an level shot.
Once we got everything situated and the camera rolling, we had a lot of fun just having some great conversation. I hope to be able to post the final video next week, and maybe a good blooper reel as well!
