After a little over three weeks worth of work, the interview has been filmed, edited and published onYouTube. It's still a little rough, but for my first project from Premier I'm content with it. For those who missed out on the adventure, catch up on thepasttwoblog posts that I've made.
This project has been a lot of fun and pretty challenging at times. I love editing videos, and this project was no exception. It did feel a little more creatively restrained, but I think that's due to my basic level of knowledge on Premier compared to my more extensive knowledge with Windows Movie Maker.
This is the type of projects that I wish were more available to students who weren't in creative media production because it's a unique skill that hones in on one's ability to tell a story, something that's important to a college of journalists and communicators.
I hope to work on these types of projects more in the future, and I will probably produce more content in the summer when I have more time. Thanks for hearing what I had to say and I hope you have a great day!
