At the end of unit 2.3. of my PR Pubs class, I can actually present my first piece! It feels so good to press the submit button on my first design assignment – my letterhead and business card. I took you guys along on the journey of designing a concept and then the actual documents and it’s been more fun that I expected! For my last stage, I went over both the pieces and changed little things to really make them perfect (or at least as sophisticated as I can get).
What makes me most happy is that I can really identify with my work. This is the best I can do and I am proud to submit it. Of course I am still a beginner, but this is something I would have no hesitation showing a client! I think that’s super important – stay true to yourself and only submit work you can truly stand behind in the end. I can’t wait to start our next project and learn more tricks and skills!
