For my direct mailer by stakeholder would be an average A/B high school student who is interested in higher level education but may be somewhat hesitant about applying for schools. An urban setting would be preferred, and their parents would come from a college educated background.
- 17/18 year old male or female with a 3.0 or higher GPA and average household income, while involved in extra-curricular activities like student council or team sports
I would target this specific audience with messages that focus on why OU is a good school for involved students. I would do mini-profiles on students that are involved on campus by doing a day-in-the-life written out, making sure to include their extra-curriculars events with their academic work. This direct mailer would be specific towards focusing on the right and well-rounded students that could show potential students what they can accomplish at OU.
