My second stakeholder is students who live outside of the state of Oklahoma. I think OU has a lot to offer these students, but I think we mainly recruit students from Oklahoma and Texas. Therefore, my stakeholder is high school seniors who live out of state that have not yet shown any interest in the University of Oklahoma. By offering them a home away from home, they can apply to OU knowing that there is a family, the Sooner family, here that awaits them and gives them somewhere to belong.
