1.3 Reflection

We were asked to watch a bunch of videos on lynda.com regarding photoshop and inDesign. I enjoy the lynda videos. They are good at teaching the details, which is what adobe products are all about.  After the videos, we had to markup a newspaper identifying journalism definitions. After that, we were to layout a page of a newsletter.

I am very comfortable with photoshop. There was a time where I was comfortable with inDesign, but I don’t use it much anymore. At the moment, I am enjoying the tutorials. I don’t get a lot of opportunities right now to work with these programs.

That being said, I am ready to start working on actual projects. I like to be in control of my projects so I think I will get more out of the course when we start actually producing things… like business cards!!!
