Blitz Design: Dominance

For my dominance example, I chose to take a picture of my door mat. As you can tell by the picture, this is not your typical rectangle “Welcome Home” door mat. This mat is in the shape of the letters “KKG” which stands for “Kappa Kappa Gamma.” This is an effective example of design dominance because the letters ARE the design. There are no other words or decorations to distract the visitor from knowing that Kappa’s live here. Overall, I enjoy this design because it is very unique yet simple (and also kind of funny).
