Bootcamp Kicked My Butt

I survived Bootcamp!! Whoo-hoo! The videos that we were expected to watch were extremely informative. This was essentially my very first experience with both Indesign and Photoshop. The videos asked us to create a menu for an Italian Restaurant. We were asked to Photoshop specific images and then to put those images into an Indesign document. When responding to what I was asked to do, I did not think it would be difficult. However, when reacting to what I actually did, I found myself getting extremely frustrated. I think I reacted this way because I am normally a “big picture” type of person. So when I would unintentionally miss little details and steps within the Photoshop and Indesign videos, I would get frustrated because missing that one step would totally change the whole look of the documents. However, even through the frustration, I am still glad I was able to learn from the instructional videos because I feel as though now I have a strong foundation of Photoshop and Indesign.
