Building a Communication Strategy

For this post my class was asked to answer several questions in regard to how we will be designing our business cards. So below is a list of ideas about how I expect to design my business card.

• Visual language: curves, circles, cool colors like blues/greens/grays, repetition, dots, yellow, thin font, floral type pattern, elegance, simplicity, natural, sophistication, classy, 3-5 lines on left side, white space used well, focus on the ‘P’ in ‘PWC,’ interesting spacing, all lowercase typography
• Will visuals be type or image driven? Mostly type. I want the proportion to be about 1/3 or 1/4 based on the image and the rest on the type.
• Meaning/connotation of type and images: Simplicity, elegance, high quality, consistency
