Business Card & Letterhead Reflection

This week I was asked to do many things, which included, designing a letterhead for an organization or company I am familiar with.

My initial response was evasive and stressful, but as I started to actually design and  I really started to enjoy it. I think I’m starting to get the hang of photoshop and InDesign and using them simultaneously for different things for my current projects.

At first this project had me worried, but as I started trying to design and playing around with images i found myself constantly going back trying to touch up my rough drafts for my business card and letterhead.

I think the reason why I was so stressed at first was because I’m a newbie to the software. I know how much of hassle it can be at time especially when I’m learning from videos and not from some one physically being there with me can be challenging. There are certain functions that can act out of whack if you forget to click a certain thing and every thing just goes haywire, but I got over my anxiety and completed the task to the best of my ability.

In addition, I wrote a news release (Thrive Market News Release) to showcase my letterhead and company I used for this assignment.
