Canva Reflection

This week in PR Pubs Lesson 4.1, we were asked to create four social media assets including a Facebook cover photo, Facebook post, Instagram post and a Twitter cover photo through a website called Canva. The organization that I chose was my sorority, Tri Delta. I incorporated their slogan “Let us steadfastly love one another” into each of my design pieces because it represents the sisterhood at Tri Delta.

This was my first time ever using Canva, and I sure did love this website! Canva is so much easier to use than InDesign and Photoshop, and I actually prefer this program over the others. The step-by-step tutorials were super beneficial, and the website itself is very easy to navigate through and to design with. I thought it was fun uploading my own images and finding different texts and icons to go with them. I really like my final products and am happy with the designs that I chose!
