Chapter 2

In Chapter 2 of Designing for Emotion, I found myself again agreeing with a lot of what was said. I am a firm believer that attractive things are much more pleasing and spark creativity for the viewer or in this case web browser/consumer. When something is aesthetically pleasing, you are just drawn to it. In this chapter there really wasn’t anything that I firmly disagreed with, I was just more interested by the ideas he brought up and some of the science and research behind it all. When you think of designing a web page, the first things you think about aren’t usually human psychology and emotions, but that definitely doesn’t mean that they shouldn’t be considered at all.
