Chapter 4, Emotional Engagement

This week, we were assigned to read chapter 4, emotional engagement.

One thing I agree was with the surprise. I totally agree that I enjoy a song much more when it surprises me on the radio opposed to when I played it. I thought I was the only one that felt that way. It makes a lot of sense though to learn that surprise makes things more memorable and enjoyable now.

I can’t really say I disagree with anything either. I  completely agree that anticipation is important. It creates hype/buzz and helps stimulate the imagination. One just has to make sure you deliver on that hype.
