Chapter Three Designing for Emotion Reflection
I just finished reading chapter three of the book, Designing for Emotion. I agreed with the fact that “personalities foster friendships and serve as the platform for emotional connections.”
I disagreed, however, when the author said that products are people. He mentioned that twice. I think that products resemble human aspects because they are made by humans, but I don’t agree that they are humans. I don’t know if he meant that literally, but it seemed that he did.
