Chapter Three

After reading chapter three, I agreed with the authors theory of creating a persona for the site. I have personally used mail chimp and I loved it. The website is easy and friendly to use and its nice to maneuver.

I didn’t have anything to disagree with the professor on. Because I have personally seen how these aspects work within the design setting work, I completely buy into his perspectives.
