Communication Strategy: Brainstorming

Now that I have researched McDowell & Company and its competitors, the next step is to create a communication strategy. The communication strategy is what I will use as a guide when creating my publications. It explains the key messages I want to communicate with my publication, what visual elements I will use, and the art that will appropriately represent McDowell & Company.

For this section of the assignment, we were asked to “destructure” what we know about writing and use this post as a brainstorming session. So bare with me this blog post will be a bit sloppy.

Images of different products offered to show diversity, clean new logo that is relevant to 2015, type must be professional so that it is coherent with company image, incorporate red, black and white, McDowell & Company not MCD CO –keep consistent, create clean and professional look with consistency and modern look, easy for the eye to read, list of all services possibly?, need to highlight competitive advantage, want people to know what they do by looking at publications, keep it simple, no jargon, look at card and know its industrial company, Simple professional but creative, highlight diversity.
