What kind of visual language will you use?

I want the visuals on this business card to be as basic and as simple as possible IF there are even images on the card.

Will the visuals be type or image driven?

The visuals will need to be more type driven for the fact that this is a company of basics. They’ve made their way to t the top based on simple principles and beliefs and I want the card to mirror that basic, professional look while still standing out in a positive way.

What do the type and images need to mean?

The type and images need to be very dry and straight to the point. It is a professional business and we want the cards to portray a tone of seriousness, but still be stylish. Not too much time on the style portion of the card, but more concentration on the information that’s given on the cards.

What connotations do they need to have?

Every single little bit of text on the card should be straight forward. No one should have to do any connotations in order to understand the card or what information it’s trying to give off. When focusing on the message of the card, I want to be more consumed with what is actually being said on the card, and not what is being thought of when you see the card, or what the card might be making reference to.
