COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS

Hi me again! So as I said before my company I’m using is UCA. In my previous post I touched on who it’s competitors are, but now I’m going to go into detail on why they are different

For one, UCA is all about leadership and how will the athletes can lead the crowd…I mean that’s why their called cheerleaders…get it? They really emphasize this with the use of camps and information given to the public. They recent just started a whole new division in competitions called game day. Where teams are given random scenarios they have to perform and are judged on skill and all that later.

With this being said UCA’s message or design to the public should be about the public. UCA needs to lead the public and educate in a fun and meaningful way! You can check out some of ideas here on my pinterest board!
