Competitor Analysis
For the competitor analysis section of my PR Publications assignment, I chose to evaluate the Children’s Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. I chose the Children’s Medical Center because they treat the same age group that the Texas Scottish Rite Hospital treats.
Scottish Rite Hospital differs from its competitors in that it only treats children with selected orthopedic and related neurodevelopmental and musculoskeletal conditions, as well as specific learning disorders. In order to have the Scottish Rite Hospital stand out in relation to its competitors, it is important to highlight the unique cases and conditions that the hospital treats. Though it is not the only hospital that only treats children i the Dallas area, it is important to highlight that as well.
