Competitor Analysis
Personally, I think Topgolf is more popular than Dave & Busters and HeyDay. There are a lot of things to do that are sports entertainment related in OKC. When you live in a city with a popular basketball team and baseball team other places like Topgolf have to compete. Topgolf has an advantage of being year round and open all day. Topgolf has evolved to become a best-in-class entertainment facility, complete with dynamic event spaces and a delicious food and drink menu. With golf pros strolling the tee line offering tips and climate-controlled hitting bays, Topgolf is flat-out fun at any age, skill level or time of year.
Topgolf is specific to golf but I believe they have done a great job about not making it solely about golf (for the people who might not be interested in playing). They make it about the experience. The fresh air, the amazing food and drinks, hanging out with friends, meeting new people, good music, fun night-life etc.
