1. How does your organization differ from competitors?

The Thunder are not unique, but they are unique to Oklahoma. There is no competition in state that can match what the Thunder do. That being said, the biggest difference between them and other NBA teams is that they have been really successful in certain areas of the business. Specifically, drafting  and developing players, promoting the team and convincing top-level talent to play in Oklahoma.

2. How should your organizations image and message differ from other organizations?

Honestly, the only thing the Thunder could do to better their already stellar image is to win a championship. Outside of that, they must continue to be positive members of the community.
