Define the Stakeholder

I thought about two ideas for my project when trying to decide who my stakeholder would be. My first thought was to target the students who have parents who are alums of OU. I always think it is really cool when children go to the same college as their parents, so I think that would be a great target to go after.

My next thought was to focus on transfer students. This stuck with me because I made the difficult transition to OU from UNT after my sophomore year. I understand what a challenging process that is to go through, especially so late in your college career, so any assistance or information those kids can receive, I can personally say, would be extremely helpful.

As of now, I am leaning towards using the transfer students for my direct mailer, since I have a personal (hypothetical) tie to them!
