Design Blitz

This design blitz is to show some of the elements of design in real life. I decided to portray five different design elements in one photo. Those elements include space, color, rhythm, dominance, proportion.

Space- The photo was strategically placed in the middle of the wall all alone to show the space it takes up and how that relates to the rest of the wall around it.

Color- Color is prevalent in this painting because the background is completely white and the colors really stand out.

Rhythm- This painting is a good example of rhythm because to the repetition and relation in spacing of all of the circles.

Dominance- The photo is also showing dominance because it is the on,y piece on the wall and it demands your attention.

Proportion- Lastly, the placement and way the painting is divided shows the porportions of the painting and how that aspect of design plays into the functions of the painting.
