Designing for Emotion
In Chapter 1, Designing for Emotion, I agreed with most everything I read. I agree that (what I think is obvious) the Internet has become way more user friendly, personalized, and social (not only for business/work). People are now talking to each other on social media like messages on Facebook rather than a personal email. Email is really only used for businesses/ professional now. People communicate via social media and text. I agree and disagree with the author in that people spend a lot of time behind a screen. I agree but there are so many ways this way of communicating allows people to talk to other people where they may have never felt comfortable before. It’s an ice breaker for a lot of people. The web also allows people to meet people in other countries that may read the same blog as you and now you have another friend! But yes everything is good in moderation.
