Designing for Emotion

So this week we began reading the first chapter in Designing for Emotion. I overall found the chapter very informative and honestly pretty easy to read. One thing that stuck out to me was that it talked about how much the internet has grown to be more user friendly. It’s amazing to me how much we now communicate over the internet and what an important role it plays in today’s society. One thing I sorta disagree with is that people are creating websites that are “a memorable experience.” When I visit a website, its most likely not a memorable experience for me unless it is completely not working or it’s really ugly. So that’s not really something that I would keep in mind.
