Designing for Emotion: Ch. 6

I think that the chapter on forgiveness was a really great read because it showed me a side of design and websites that I feel like we rarely think about or see. When there’s an inconvenience with a technology service that we use daily, I think a lot of people tend to get frustrated and angry with either the site provider or the website design team and IT team. I think when designers and web content providers create a way to give forgiveness, it really brings an appreciated human-like quality to any digital platform.
