Designing for Emotion: Chapter 2

1. What is one thing in Chapter 2 that you agree with?

Being an extremely visual learner/person myself, I agree with the author when they say that users react strongly to visual contrast and negative space. Websites who utilize these principles are more usable because of it.

2. What is one thing in Chapter 2 you disagree with?

I disagree partially with the baby face bias and its statement about audiences reacting positively to it by instinct.  Although many audiences may find that sort of content appealing, not all audiences are seeking that kind of connection.
