Designing for Emotion, Chapter 2

I was asked to read Chapter 2 of Designing for Emotion and determine one thing I agree and disagree with. One thing I agree with is that humans are all born with emotion being our native tongue. It’s not something we learn, but something that’s a part of being human. That being said, the things we design must be tailored to our emotional instincts. I honestly can say that I don’t disagree with anything in this chapter.
