Designing for Emotion Chapter 3

1. I agree with the idea that emotional design’s primary role needs to be human-to-human communication. Human interaction is vital for emotions to arise and it is important to consider how we interact with others in real life rather than just through a computer screen. Connections with other come from human-to-human communication, which I personally feel it necessary in everyday life.

2. When it comes to designing a website, some wish for their website to reach a variety of people, not just one specific kind of person. This is when I begin to disagree with creating a design persona for your specific website. Yes you want to draw the attention of your main audience, but you also want the website to be friendly to all who view it.
