Designing for Emotion: Chapter 3

I truly enjoyed reading this chapter. Understanding the personality behind design is important. I loved the section about the design’s personas, which emphasized the need to conduct research before creating the design. I definitely agree with this because I’ve experienced this with personal designs. Knowing the audience better makes the design process much easier. Honestly, there wasn’t much I disagreed with in this chapter. Personality is a huge factor in the design process.
