Dressing My Domain For Success

Writing a blog throughout the semester has been an insightful and fun learning process for me. I realized how important it is to analyze and reflect on any kind of process I am experiencing. For most assignments we would reflect on both the first and second drafts. After describing the creating process after the first draft I would develop ideas to incorporate in the second draft. Often, explaining the process to myself was what I needed to mentally overcome creative blocks. Through analyzing my work I discovered alternate ideas in the process.

I plan on updating my domain content and exploring the WordPress website and its capabilities. I also want to add more pages that give insight on my experience, education, personality and future goals. By enhancing my website I can give an online visual that captures who I am and showcases my personal creativity.

I definitely plan on continuing to add content to my domain and showing it to future employers. Giving them the access to my creative process will help them determine if my content could potentially cater to their organization’s needs. Through my PR Pubs domain I’ve realized how to display content I’ve created and expose viewers to a more in-depth understanding of me than a traditional resume would allow. I am continuing to take on creative projects for friends and organizations, using my domain as a platform for organizing my experience.
