Extra Credit-Chapter 7

The chapter on Risk and Reward really solidified everything we learned in class-that we need to try and go at our own pace. That is what the author really emphasized when speaking about big, small and medium changes and how the largest of changes can be as impactful as the smallest design changes.

What I enjoyed the most was the part about ‘buying in’ and the importance of having your boss’ support. Gaining others support is beneficial in any aspect of life but the author showed how helpful and influential authority figures can be in change.
