FINAL BUSINESS CARD AND LETTERHEAD REFLECTION

So, this is it! We just turned in out final business card and letter head designs. After looking at my two design works for what seemed like days, I am pleased by my final outcomes. I believe that help and comments from other people and fellow classmates help me expand my design work into something that I’m really proud of.

At the beginning I thought that my lack of design experience would hold me back in creating the fun and sophisticated look I was going for. But working with InDesign I was able to explore different possibilities and gain confidence in the program and myself. I think that through this first big design assignment my initial thoughts were that I wasn’t going to do well because of my design attempts in the past. I’ve figured out that it’s going to take practice and time for my design work to keep improving and that other people are in the exact boat that I’m in. I was intimidated by my expectations and others work around me, but after completing and looking at other student’s posts, I can see the improvement in everyones work!
