Final Reflection

Looking back over the fall semester, I realize that I have learned a lot more than I had originally anticipated. This semester, I not only got to touch up my Photoshop skills, but I also learned InDesign and Canva.

Like I stated in a previous blog post, I had an interview for a marketing internship (which I just found out that I got, woo hoo!) and I got to show off all of the cool new publications I created in this class as well as discuss the fact that I had my own blog!

And I guess now I can discuss the final project: my “Summary of Learning!”

For this project, I decided that I could visually present all of my publications in a video format using iMovie. Of course I went the more “funny” route and had to create a movie trailer featuring me and Adam Croom himself. This video trailer was a lot of fun to make, and now I can say that I know how to use iMovie as well!

The iMovie trailer is titled: “The Final Grade…” and shows each of the publications that I have created over this semester. Although I had a lot of fun making this trailer, I still worked really hard on it, so I’m pretty proud of myself!

Overall, I have really enjoyed this class and all of the things I have learned. I will definitely be putting my new skills to use at my internship and I’m so happy I got to take PR Pubs this semester! Adam Croom, you rock!
