Final Reflection

Guys, this is my final reflection (!!!!). I can’t believe how fast this semester went by in this class.

For our last project, we were tasked with creating something that summed up our experience in PR Pubs. For me, I decided to create a “poster” in Canva. First off, I really really liked using canva when we did our social media portion of this course. Second off, I really like making simple designs that have more meaning behind them.

This is my design:

 

First off, I put the name of the class on the poster (duh). And then, I chose to write “Eat, Sleep, Create, Repeat” on the poster to represent all of the work that we did this semester. Although it wasn’t necessarily hard work, I felt like I always had something to do that was related to this class. Plus, I think it is a catchy phrase that emphasizes the opportunity to create. Now for a graphic, I chose to insert a computer that looks similar to a mac (because that’s what we use in Gaylord) and then I inserted a picture of a newsletter into the computer. I did this to illustrate the type of work that is done in Pubs.

 

Overall, I like the design. I couldn’t figure out how to move the newsletter inside the computer once I inserted it but I really like the way the quote looks and I like the incorporation of a computer and a newsletter.
