Internships

First, I looked into was a graphic design internship for Tastemade in Santa Monica, CA. Tastemade is looking for someone positive, detailed-oriented and has a passion for creative learning. Tasemade is a company that is constantly looking for new ways to connect the world through video through subjects like food and traveling. My favorite thing about Tastemade is that they are looking for people who want to disrupt the status quo. If there is one thing about me is that I want to do things in a new ways. This internship involves working with their product team and contributing your own ideas into animated and illustrated concepts. The reason this opportunity caught my eye is because Tastemade seem passionate about helping further interns knowledge with Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects. The application has a fun feel to it and I believe they would have a work environment that is fun and upbeat but at the same time fast paced. I think Tastemade would be a great place to intern because they are willing to help self-starters as long as they can carry a positive attitude in their work environment. Also, I am very eager to learn more about digital media and that seems to be the number one recommendation for potential candidates.

All Access Arts Internship in OKC is a non paid internship. I looked into this internship because I am interested in doing non profit work one day. This agency is known for being one of the most largest known agencies around. I see this being a great opportunity to learn more about how non profit administration works. Interns will be in charge of helping with event planning and finding ways to bring people together through events. The work seems like it would be a lot of collaboration between individuals who are self-motivated and know how to meet deadlines.
