It Takes Time

My publication class started our first design this week! We began our first draft for our business card assignment. And a draft is what it is. I originally felt confident about the assignment. Then, with little time to actually work on the design before posting, I got frustrated with myself for not allotting enough time to work.

My reaction to my finished draft is not a great one. I am not pleased with any of it really–but aren’t all first drafts trash? I sure hope so. But I digress. So here it is, in all it’s glory.

 

Also, fun fact: I wasn’t able to get the high resolution seal for the Kansas City Fed, so this is a placeholder, and not at all what I want it to look like.
