Letterhead Reflection
This week we were asked to create a letterhead for our selected organization. I felt a lot more confident using InDesign this time which is reassuring that maybe I am at least sort of getting the hang of it.
I started off by trying to make it very similar to my business card, which is maybe what the final project should be like, but I just didn’t like it with the same graphics as the business card. My final product was actually taken from my original idea for the business card which I thought was funny.
I didn’t realize how big of a spacial difference there was between the business card and letter head. What looked good on the business looked undersized and out of place on the letter head. After a few different attempts (again) I finally was happy with the final product.
Overall I felt very successful this week. Now that I have my feet under me as far as InDesign goes I am excited to play around with and tweak both my business card and letterhead and see what I can come up with for the final product.
