Matrix

1. What were you asked to do?

For this assignment, we were asked to create a Prospective Student Matrix for our client we are sending our information to.

2. How did you respond to what you were asked to do?

We had already made a detailed list of who we wanted to send our direct mailer to but were asked to create different list of information about that specific person. I had never created a Matrix before and was concerned I wouldn’t have enough information.

3. How did you react to what you actually did?

After I completed the Matrix, I was excited to have such detailed information to go over for the direct mailer. It was difficult to think about as I was going through but am glad we completed it so that we have an abundance of information for our direct mailer.

4. Now go one level deeper: Why do you think your reaction was what it was?

I think my reaction was excitement because it was difficult to complete and will be so helpful in the future of the direct mailer.
