NEWSPAPER MARKUP

The next assignment in “boot camp” was to look at a newspaper and identify and dissect the key ingredients needed in newspaper articles. Headline, body text and jump lines, to name a few, are what makes it easy for a reader to understand. These things can also prove to be important to the reader knows what they’re reading or where they can find it. Below are my newspaper mark ups. I used The Oklahoma Daily because it was easily assessable and I do enjoy reading it from time to time.
